On Tuesday afternoon after school girl-child skipped towards me with a huge grin on her face – a huge gappy grin! Finally her wobbly tooth had fallen out and it was wrapped tightly in a tissue and was clutched tightly in her fist.
She really wanted to keep her tooth so she decided to write a letter to the tooth fairy to ask her. (I wasn’t allowed to help her with any of the writing, ‘It is MY letter mama!)’
The tooth fairy must have been in a great mood, girl-child was able to keep her tooth and get a pay out of $2. Despite actual proof that the tooth fairy visits and doesn’t always take a tooth with her, boy-child still won’t leave a note for the fairy to explain that he lost a tooth and LOST the tooth. Apparently he doesn’t need the cash just yet.
These photos are actual proof that my baby is no longer little, in fact she reminds me daily how many sleeps until she is 6 – only 8 sleeps to go!
